Update

PRICE INCREASE FOR ANALOGUE, ISDN2e, ISDN30, Remote Call Forwarding PSTN and DC2N

Please note that if your services commenced with Reach Digital Telecoms during 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020, line rental for analogue lines, ISDN2e, ISDN30 and RCF Single Lines, will be increased with effect from 1st October 2021. These increases are a direct result of increases from our own providers. The increase in copper wire products is partly due to the phase-out in 2025, which is pushing up our prices as these products become more expensive to maintain.  Due to different suppliers, some customers may incur individual price increase, these will be notified to those effected in writing.

Analogue lines: increasing by £1.25 per line, per month 

ISDN2e: increasing by £1.25 per line, per month

ISDN30: increasing by £1.25 per line, per month 

RCF PSTN: increasing by £1.25 per line, per month

DC2N: increasing by 20% per channel, per month
